This policy explains how Robotera Tecnologias (“Robotera”, “we”) processes the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and, for data subjects located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers that help us run the website and email (hosting and, if you consent, Google Analytics). These providers process data only according to our instructions. Where data is transferred internationally, we apply the safeguards required by the LGPD and the GDPR.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the tool (up to 14 months).

You may at any time request: confirmation of and access to your data, rectification, anonymization or erasure, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing.
